Shipping & Exchange

Shipping Policy:

1. We ship all orders within 10-14 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless we mention any change of schedule during sales. 
2. We use reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your orders.
3. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping location and may take up to extra 5-7 business days in some cases.
4. In case of any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep our customers informed and updated.

Exchange Policy:

1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. To initiate an exchange, customers need to email us at business@delhiwear.com with the reason for exchange and the order details.
3. The product should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. We do not accept exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
5. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
6. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and if found eligible for exchange, we will ship the replacement product to the customer.
7. In case of any issues or doubts, customers can reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
