Shipping & Exchange

Shipping Policy:

Exchange Policy:

  1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  2. To initiate an exchange, customers need to email us at with the reason for exchange and the order details.
  3. The product should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  4. We do not accept exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
  5. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  6. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and if found eligible for exchange, we will ship the replacement product to the customer.
